Enjoy the freedom to book lessons as you need them. With no long-term commitment, you can schedule your swim lessons around your busy life, ensuring you only pay for what you use.

Tailor your swim training to fit your specific goals. Whether you want to focus on particular skills or just want to try out a lesson, the Pay-As-You-Go option allows for a personalized approach.

 Our Pay-As-You-Go option is designed for maximum flexibility — book lessons when it fits your schedule, no long-term commitment required. 

•  There are absolutely no cancellations, credits, or refunds for any reason once a lesson is booked.
   
• If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, the payment and time are forfeited.
   
• This policy applies to all situations, including illness, scheduling conflicts, weather, travel, or personal emergencies.
   
• The only exceptions are instructor-initiated cancellations (see below).

•  If the instructor cancels, you will receive a free 30 min session.
   
• If a cancellation occurs due to the facility or hotel, no refund or discount will be issued, as those factors are outside of our control.

•   Lessons start and end promptly on time.
   
• There are no extensions or make-ups for late arrivals.
   
• No-shows result in the loss of the entire session fee.

 We test and observe pool water before every session to ensure safety; however, facility water chemistry and maintenance are fully managed by the host location.

All reasonable precautions are taken, but Evie has no control over pool operations or conditions beyond visual and test kit inspection. 

Enjoy the convenience of reserving your preferred lesson time and day each week. With a monthly plan, you secure your spot, making scheduling hassle-free.

•  Packages require a minimum of 2 months’ notice to cancel.
   
• All lessons within a package are final once booked.
   
• If you know you will miss a day during your package, it must be communicated before scheduling begins.
   
• There are no refunds, credits, or transfers for missed or unused lessons.
   
• To cancel future renewals, 8 weeks’ notice is required so your time slot can be offered to another client.
   

•  Lessons start and end at the scheduled time.
   
• There are no make-ups or extensions for late arrivals.
   
• No-shows result in the loss of that lesson from your package.

•  Package plans are intended for consistent swimmers with a dedicated weekly time slot.
   
• Set days and times are reserved for the duration of your package.
   
• You must inform us of any known conflicts at the time of booking.
   
• This is the only way to guarantee a recurring lesson time each month.
   
• Annual or ongoing package clients have first priority for preferred time slots.
