Tube wrap

Participants start on the ground with their hands behind their back. They can position the tube and slack however they want, but the tube cannot be pre-wrapped in any way. On the countdown "3, 2, 1, Go!" participants will pop up and begin wrapping their lifeguard tube. The tube must be wrapped so that less than a foot of slack is hanging. Once wrapped, the tube must be thrown into the air. Time stops when the tube leaves the participant's hands, and the time counts if the tube remains intact when it lands.

Tube Pull

The goal is to pull the lifeguard tube under the water as far as possible using only your body weight. Participants start with the lifeguard tube on the surface of the water. You may only use your body weight to pull the tube underwater—no external leverage, tools, or assistance are allowed. Participants are prohibited from using any objects or external surfaces (such as the pool edge, ropes, or ladders) to gain additional leverage or assistance. The participant who pulls the tube the deepest under the water using only their body weight wins. Ensure that you can safely release the tube if necessary and always prioritize your own safety during the challenge. Depth will be measured at the point where the tube reaches its maximum underwater depth before resurfacing.

Tube Stack

Participants have 30 seconds to stack as many lifeguard tubes as possible, either in the water or on land. The goal is to build the highest stack within the time limit. In the water, the added difficulty comes from the instability of the environment. On land, it's all about speed and accuracy.

After 30 seconds, the stack must remain standing for an additional 10 seconds to count. The participant with the tallest, stable stack wins.
