Why Choose Our Swim Lessons

The Swim Lesson Credit Giveaway (“Promotion”) is a limited-time promotional event organized by Apex Aquatics to encourage community engagement and participation with partner locations. Participants complete a series of challenges at designated locations for a chance to win swim lesson credit.

This promotion is a giveaway of lesson credit, not cash, not transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

• Open to participants of all ages.
• Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete and submit entries on their behalf.

  To be eligible to enter:

• Participants must purchase at least one (1) raffle ticket
• Participants must complete the scavenger hunt
• Both steps are required for any entry to be valid
   

After completing the scavenger hunt:

• Participants may purchase additional raffle tickets to increase their chances of winning
• Each ticket equals one (1) entry into the drawing
• There is no limit to the number of tickets that may be purchased
• The scavenger hunt only needs to be completed one (1) time per participant, regardless of how many tickets are purchased
   

• The specific locations and challenges are revealed through clues/riddles.
• Each location will have a posted task or challenge that must be completed
• Challenges may include (but are not limited to):
  • Finding specific information
  • Solving a riddle
  • Completing a small task
  • Taking a photo as proof of completion
     

Apex Aquatics reserves the right to change, substitute, or modify challenges at any time.

• The scavenger hunt must be completed at least once to validate any raffle entries.
• Proof of completion is required in the format specified by Apex Aquatics (photo upload, QR submission, form, etc.).
• Purchasing tickets without completing the scavenger hunt does not qualify.
• Completing the scavenger hunt without purchasing a ticket does not qualify.

• Prize consists of swim lesson credit only.
• Credit:
  • Has no cash value
  • Is non-transferable
  • May only be used toward services offered by Apex Aquatics, 30 to 2 LLC or ManikinPal LLC
  • Expires 3/01/27 all lessons not used by that time will be forfeited. 
  • Limit 1- 30 min lesson per week.

Scheduling

All lessons:

• Are subject to instructor and pool availability
• May NOT displace or replace paying customers
• May only be scheduled in non-peak hour
• Weekday mornings
• Saturdays at or around 8:45 AM
• Saturday or Sundays at or around 1:15 PM
• Or any open, non-peak slot that week
   

Exact days and times may change week to week based on business needs.

Apex Aquatics reserves the right to:

• Change lesson times
• Reschedule lessons
• Limit weekly availability
• Modify time windows
• Adjust scheduling at any time
• Specific days, times, instructors, or locations are not guaranteed.
• All scheduling is controlled by Apex Aquatics and based on operational needs.
   

 Lateness & Cancellation Disclaimer 

• Any scheduled lesson that is missed, canceled late, or not attended for any reason is automatically forfeited and will not be rescheduled or credited.
• If the winner misses or forfeits three (3) or more lessons for any reason, the winner forfeits the entire remaining prize.
• Upon full forfeiture, all remaining unused lessons will be awarded to the next eligible raffle winner or an alternate winner selected by Apex Aquatics.

• Winner will be selected at random from all eligible, completed entries.
• Drawing will take place on or after the posted end date.
• Winner will be notified using the contact information provided on the entry.
   

If winner does not respond within 5 days we will draw again

• Purchase is required to enter this raffle.
• All ticket purchases are:
• Non-refundable
• Non-transferable
• Have no cash value
• There is no limit to the number of raffle tickets one person may purchase.
• Only one scavenger hunt completion is required per participant.

 Apex Aquatics reserves the right to:

• Verify completion of challenges
• Disqualify any entry that:
  • Is incomplete
  • Is fraudulent
  • Violates the rules
  • Attempts to manipulate or abuse the system

 By participating, entrants agree to:

• Release Apex Aquatics and all partner locations from any liability related to participation
• Accept the prize “as is”
• Follow all posted rules at participating locations

 By entering, participants grant Apex Aquatics permission to:

• Use submitted photo
• Use winner’s first name and/or likeness for promotional purposes
  (No additional compensation provided.)

Apex Aquatics reserves the right to:

• Modify
• Suspend
• Or cancel the promotion
   

At any time for any reason, including fraud, abuse, technical issues, or operational necessity.

All decisions by Apex Aquatics are final and binding.
