We are looking for a dedicated pool space where children and adults can learn to swim in a safe, supportive environment. With drowning still one of the leading causes of accidental death, having consistent access to a pool for lessons allows us to expand our reach and give more families peace of mind.
A properly equipped training pool is essential for running lifeguarding, CPR, and rescue skill certifications. Our mission is to help address the nationwide lifeguard shortage by preparing qualified, confident guards. With your help, we can provide facilities where lifesaving skills are taught, practiced, and mastered.
Not every family can afford lessons or certifications — but no one should be left behind when it comes to safety. Through our “Sponsor a Swimmer” program, you can directly fund lessons and training for a child, teen, or adult who otherwise wouldn’t have the chance. Every sponsorship creates ripples of impact, turning fear into confidence and inexperience into lifesaving ability.
It’s simple — just tell a friend! We offer swim lessons, CPR classes, and lifeguarding, Instructor classes and more (private & public). Sharing helps us keep the community safe and growing.
From lifeguard logs to swim lesson trackers, our aquatic journals are designed for professionals, instructors, and swimmers. Easy to use, modern, and built for poolside or classroom needs—grab yours today on Amazon and support local lifesaving programs!
Choose a one-time gift or a monthly subscription — you set the amount. Even $1 makes a difference and helps us keep lifesaving programs like swim lessons, CPR classes, and lifeguarding courses available to the community.
For just $1 a week, create your CertiFind profile and unlock access to better jobs and exclusive training opportunities. Locations are now tagged as Verified when they meet Red Cross minimum standards — so you know which employers are safe, professional, and worth your time.
From infants splashing for the first time to adults overcoming fears of the water, we provide safe, supportive, and fun lessons tailored to every level. Our certified instructors use proven methods to build confidence and strong swimming skills.
We train the next generation of lifeguards, CPR responders, and water safety professionals. Our programs don’t just check boxes — they prepare people to think critically, act quickly, and save lives. Pools that host our classes gain recognition as leaders in community safety.
Beyond the water, we offer courses in first aid, babysitting safety, and job readiness. These programs empower young people with life skills, leadership training, and certifications that open doors to employment and responsibility.
We bring more than just lessons — we bring community impact. Our Sponsor a Swimmer program allows families in need to access lifesaving education at no cost. For facilities, this means positive press, increased community engagement, and steady traffic to underused pool space.
From family-friendly fitness challenges to safety awareness campaigns, we create events that bring people together. Hosting an H2O HQ event helps facilities showcase their value while giving families new reasons to return.
Certified lifeguards and swim instructors when you need them—short-term, last-minute, or seasonal coverage to keep your pool open and safe.
We certify roughly 200-400 aquatic professionals in any given year in Fairfield County CT, and East Hartford CT. These participants travel from as far as Massachusetts and New York. Sign up for our “company subscription plan” to be able to promote your upcoming jobs to all of these participants. Prices: range from $30-$200/month depending on what you'd like to include.
We can also post a community class at your facility; participants are way more likely to want to work in the place they train at. It gives the facility a lot of face time with upcoming candidates.
We are always looking for facilities that we could run lifeguarding classes for the community at. whether it’s one weekend a summer to every weekend. we look for pools during school breaks in the winter and then April-Aug.
We would need roughly 3 lanes and would need to use them for roughly 14 hours spread btw 2-3 days. We would also need access to a classroom for 14 hours spread btw 2-3 days. We have a budget of $20 per head or deal to certify one of your staff for free.
We also run CPR classes for the community, to insure keeping the healthcare workers in the hospitals. We have a budget of $5 per head to run these courses. Or you can put one of your staff in the class for free. These classes are usually ran btw 8-10 am with set up starting and ending 30-45 min before/after that.
Seasonal opening is one of the most stressful times from health inspection to hiring to maintenance to cleaning etc. We can help lessen the burden of training your seasonal aquatic director, or getting your staff ready to start the season. We have 17+ years experience in dozens of facilities. Help is one phone call away.
WE ARE OFFICIALLY PATENT PENDING.
1. Supplies: Got extra Manikins, AED trainers, and BVMs? Rent them to us, and we'll pay $5 for each person picking them up.
2. Location: If you have a 24/7 space, staff, or even room for a self-service display area, earn $5 for each participant picking up supplies.
3. SAL (Set-Up at Location): Offer a space for participants to log in for a virtual CPR class, and earn $8 per person for onsite course access.
We’re looking for companies that have space outside or inside where participants could come pick up and drop of supplies at no bother to the facility. This will allow participants the ability to schedule classes around their schedule. The box could be a bench or a garden feature to not be an eye sore to the business. We can personalize them to better suit the location. We have a budget of $5/ every time the equipment is picked up.
